Work on RGCD #02 Started

The RGCD developement team is slowly growing in size, decisions regarding the next issue's content are underway and the first game review is already complete - only another 29 (or so) left to type!

The downloads of issue one have gone through the roof, with over 31GB of web traffic in the first week. This has really motivated us to get on with issue two, so hopefully (and if all goes to plan) it'll take a lot less time to complete than RGCD #01!
