RGCD #03 Updated

Issue #03 has been downloaded thousands of times over the past week, (mainly thanks to the guys over at dcemu.co.uk kindly referring to RGCD) and as a result a number of embarrassing errors have been identified and fixed. Also, Joe Gunn and Fraxy have recently been updated, so I've added the latest versions to the new improved RGCD #03.

If you are experiencing problems with downloading Issue #03 it's probably because I'm in the process of replacing the archives! Be patient, it'll be working again in an hour or so...

I've been taking a short break after working on the last issue, but work on Issue #04 is to start in the next few days...
