Back Burner Blues...

26th October 2007 by James Monkman

It's been a bit quiet on the RGCD front recently - unfortunately real life has yet again reared it's ugly head. Work on issue #04 was started back in the begining of September, but then it promptly went on hold as many of our writers started a new year at college/university and as for myself, well I've been focusing heavily on my DJing over the past month, securing new residencies, recording new mixes and so forth. Running RGCD has always been a bit of a juggling act, and unfortunately the past month has the magazine's turn to spend some time on the back burner.

The good news is that I'm back and busy picking up the pieces of RGCD #04 as I type. My short break from the project has resulted in a slight delay, but rest assured that RGCD#04 will be out this side of Christmas. And talking of Christmas, we've got a surprise lined up for GBA/DS owners coming up just in time for the festive season... More news on that will be posted when a release date is confirmed.

Finally, I'd like to say a massive 'thank you' to all the kind people who've sent in donations and bought CD copies of the magazine (and of course our homebrew GBA carts). I've just about sold out of my first batch of cartridges, and I'm glad to say that with the help of a few donations my break-even target has recently been met.

Anyway, it's good to be back. More news soon.
